The Garchen Buddhist Institute
in Chino Valley, established for the benefit of all beings, has been made
possible through extraordinary generosity and blessings.
Our spiritual director, His Eminence Garchen Rinpoche, teaches and guides students locally and internationally; and thus our center is visited by devoted Dharma students and curious visitors from all over the world.
Having just graduated seven 3-year retreatants last November, we are currently preparing for our second 3-year Retreat, starting in February 2010.
These wonderful facilities require that the Institute pay mortgage, insurance and utilities; transportation, food, legal and medical expenses for the Lamas; and ongoing maintenance costs of the buildings and solar facility.
