Meditation Belt: Western Design

These belts were designed especially for Western practitioners by a Garchen Sangha member. A band of webbing connects the two knees in mediation posture and the lower back, creating something like a triangle. This provides excellent support for the spine and back, which empowers practitioners to sit for longer periods of time.

Available in either red or blue. Traditionally, men use red (Vajrayogini) and women use blue (Chakrasamvara) to symbolize the consort. Please feel free to select whichever color you wish.
