Garchen Attachment and Aversion 2012

Starting at: $31.50

If everyone is ultimately a Buddha, then why is there suffering? The teachings say that, although the fundamental basis of mind is primordially enlightened, when there is any kind of preference or inclination towards a concept, the world of existence is created. Garchen Rinpoche says very simply that "as long as you are attached to the good things, you will always not like the bad things; and so you can never be free from suffering." In these pithy teachings, Rinpoche gives us his heart-advice on how to bring attachment and aversion onto the path. The recording begins with some of his most clear and concise instructions on meditation and the true nature of our minds. This teaching is highly recommended for those beginning the Buddhist path or those who would like to deep their practice.

Translated by Ina Bieler. 2 days of teachings, unedited. 1 MP3 or 9 CDs.
